Every shutter we supply is custom manufactured in our Perth workshop for commercial and industrial sites — available in 100mm, 75mm and corrugated profiles, with perforated, slotted, fire-rated and cyclone-rated configurations.

Choosing a profile
Which roller shutter suits your opening?
The right profile comes down to the width of the opening, the headroom above it and how often the door cycles each day. Every shutter is built to your measurements, finished galvanised or powder coated, and can be motorised with remote, switch or building management control.
Warehouses, factories and loading docks
Large openings that see daily traffic call for the 100mm profile. Its 1.0mm interlocking slats span openings up to 10 metres wide, with drum configurations rated up to 150,000 cycles.
100mm roller shutterShopfronts, kiosks and serving counters
Where headroom is tight, the 75mm profile rolls into a smaller coil above the opening. It suits openings up to 7 metres wide and secures shopfronts, food court counters, serving windows and arcade openings.
75mm roller shutterCost-conscious commercial openings
The corrugated profile uses its shape for rigidity, giving a lighter curtain at around 9kg/m² for openings up to 8 metres wide — a practical option for workshops, distribution centres and storage facilities.

Spaces that need airflow can have the curtain perforated or slotted. On the 100mm profile that is 40.9% open area perforated, or 20–23% slotted where more screening is wanted.
